Dr. Lift – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dr. Lift. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and products. By booking an appointment or purchasing from Dr. Lift—whether online, over the phone, or in-store—you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Offered
Dr. Lift provides a wide range of advanced skincare and therapeutic services, including but not limited to:
• Facials and skincare treatments
• Body treatments
• Hair restoration treatments
• Anti-aging therapies
• Injectables and non-surgical cosmetic treatments
• Other spa and wellness therapies
All services are intended for relaxation, rejuvenation, and therapeutic purposes. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
Limitations of Services
• Our treatments are not medical procedures and should not be considered a substitute for medical care.
• Results vary by individual, and Dr. Lift does not guarantee specific outcomes.
• Clients with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a physician before undergoing any treatment.
2. Appointment Policy
To ensure efficiency and fairness for all clients, we have strict appointment guidelines:
Late Arrivals:
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply as per our Cancellation Policy.
• Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment to avoid delaying the next appointment.
Appointment Changes by Dr. Lift:
• We guarantee appointments for clients who have paid a deposit; however, there are rare instances where we may need to reschedule an appointment, such as:
• Unexpected spa closures due to emergencies.
• Equipment failure or damage affecting treatment availability.
• Unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from performing the service safely.
• In such cases, your appointment will be rescheduled, but your appointment slot will not be given to another client.
Behavior & Policy Compliance:
• Dr. Lift maintains a professional and respectful environment. Any rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviortowards staff may result in appointment cancellation and possible restriction from future bookings.
• Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may lead to permanent suspension of future bookings.
• Clients who have purchased a treatment package (subscribers) are also required to comply with our policies.
• If a client breaches their purchase agreement or violates our policies, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend their ability to book appointments.
• No refunds will be provided for any services or packages if a client is restricted due to a policy breach.
• Clients may only regain access to their remaining treatments if they correct the breach.
• Dr. Lift reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual at our discretion.
3. Deposit & Appointment Guarantee Policy
To ensure fairness in scheduling, we require deposits for most bookings.
Deposit Requirement:
• A $30 deposit is required to secure an appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
• Clients who pay a deposit receive $10 off their total treatment price.
• Appointments scheduled more than 12 days in advance require a deposit to lock in the promotional pricing.
• Consultations (including Hair Restoration Consultations) do NOT require a deposit.
• Subscribers (clients who purchased a package of treatments) do NOT need to pay a deposit.
Rescheduling & Cancellation:
• Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduling is done at least 48 hours in advance.
• If a client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a future appointment.
• Clients who cancel late or fail to show up will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments—this will no longer be optional.
• If a client does not double-confirm their appointment, it will be removed from the schedule.
No Refund Policy for Deposits:
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If a client cancels or reschedules within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit must be paid for any future appointment.
4. Cancellation / No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellation or No-Show:
• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be used toward another booking.
• Clients who cancel late or do not show up will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments—this will no longer be optional.
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services and products, we have a strict No Refund Policy.
Once a purchase is made, we cannot offer a refund. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept items back once they have been taken out of the store, regardless of their condition (whether sealed or not).
No Refunds for Products and Services:
• All sales of skincare products, devices, and services are final.
• If a client purchases a treatment or package but does not redeem the service, no refunds will be issued.
• No Refunds for Unredeemed Services: We cannot offer refunds for services that have not been received or redeemed. This applies to all individual services and packages purchased, regardless of the payment method (in person, online, or through a payment plan). Once a purchase or payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
• Exchanges: As a goodwill gesture and to ensure excellent customer service, we may offer a 14-day exchange policy. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or need a different product, you may request an exchange within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for an exchange:
– Proof of purchase is required (e.g., an invoice number or image of the receipt).
– Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
– We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the request is deemed unreasonable or if multiple exchange requests are made by the same customer. To request an exchange, please contact us by email only at cs@drliftspa.com. In your email, include:
– Your invoice/order number, or a clear image of the receipt.
– The reason for the exchange.
– Pictures of the item(s) in question.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the process. Please note that shipping fees for returning the original item are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Policy Violations & Service Restrictions:
• Clients who breach their purchase agreement or violate our policies will not be eligible for refunds.
• If a client’s ability to book appointments is restricted due to a breach, no refunds will be given for any unused treatments.
• If the breach is corrected, the client may regain access to their remaining treatments.
6. Liability & Medical Disclosures
Medical Conditions & Contraindications:
• Clients must disclose all medical conditions before treatments, including but not limited to:
• Skin conditions (eczema, rosacea, acne, etc.)
• Allergies (ingredients in skincare products, latex, etc.)
• Medications (oral or topical)
• Pregnancy or nursing
• Recent surgeries or procedures
• Dr. Lift is not liable for any adverse reactions if the client fails to disclose relevant medical conditions.
Assumption of Risk:
• By receiving a treatment, clients assume all risks associated with the service, including but not limited to:
• Temporary redness, irritation, or sensitivity
• Allergic reactions
• Variability in results
• Potential need for multiple sessions for best outcomes
• Potential need for medical aid
7. Results Disclaimer
We strive to provide high-quality treatments, but individual results may vary.
No Guaranteed Results:
• Outcomes depend on factors such as individual skin type, health, and adherence to aftercare.
• Dr. Lift does not guarantee a specific result from any service.
